Prototype Development

V-Model Hera Prototype Development Underway

V-SKY SYSTEMS is developing V-Model Hera as the first aircraft in its platform family — a 35 kg class hybrid VTOL designed for precision last-mile aerial logistics.

Prototype development is underway in collaboration with partners in Switzerland and Germany. V-Model Hera is being developed around a compact hybrid VTOL architecture and a stabilised cargo delivery system designed to transfer payloads without requiring the aircraft to land. The programme provides the foundation for technical validation, certification and future customer operations. Market entry is targeted for 2028 or later.

Feasibility

Feasibility Studies Underway for V-Model Horus

V-SKY SYSTEMS is conducting feasibility studies for V-Model Horus, targeting a 220 kg payload-class hybrid-electric VTOL aircraft for demanding aerial logistics missions.

The current phase focuses on evaluating the aircraft architecture, central lift fan concept, wing configuration, hybrid power system and operational requirements. The platform is being conceived for heavy-payload missions in remote locations, extreme terrain and challenging weather conditions, including operations where conventional aircraft reach their operational limits.

V-SKY SYSTEMS Seeking Development Partners for V-Model Horus

As the V-Model Horus programme progresses through feasibility studies, V-SKY SYSTEMS is seeking qualified aerospace and technology partners in Switzerland and Germany for the next stages of development.

Areas of interest include aerostructures, hybrid-electric propulsion, power systems, avionics, flight controls, engineering and certification. The objective is to build a strong development network around the 220 kg payload-class Horus platform and prepare the programme for subsequent engineering and prototype-development phases.

From Hera to Horus: A Scalable VTOL Platform Strategy

V-SKY SYSTEMS is developing a family of VTOL aircraft beginning with the 35 kg class V-Model Hera and progressing toward the 220 kg payload-class V-Model Horus.

Hera provides the first platform for prototype development, technical validation and certification experience. The knowledge generated through this programme is intended to support the development of larger V-SKY aircraft, including the heavy-payload V-Model Horus and future V-Model Iris.
