V-Model Iris

The next step after Horus — a people-transport VTOL platform planned for 2032+, extending hybrid-electric flight from cargo to passengers.

Roadmap

After Hera and Horus: People Transport in 2032+

V-SKY SYSTEMS is building in sequence. First comes V-Model Hera — a 35 kg class last-mile platform that is easier to certificate and faster to place with clients. Next is V-Model Horus, our 220 kg hybrid-electric heavy-lift cargo aircraft. Once those cargo platforms have proven the architecture, we advance to people transport with V-Model Iris.

Iris is planned for 2032+: a passenger-capable VTOL that carries the same hybrid-electric DNA, high-altitude performance, and reliability standards developed on Horus — reconfigured for safe, efficient human flight.

Hybrid VTOL architecture inherited from V-Model Horus

Horus First, Then Iris

Cargo operations with Horus validate the hybrid VTOL system under demanding industrial conditions. That flight experience — lift, cruise, power management, and reliability — becomes the foundation for Iris passenger certification and operations.

People Transport in 2032+

Iris is planned to enter the people-transport mission in 2032+, moving passengers where roads and runways fall short — connecting remote communities, alpine sites, and regional hubs with quiet, efficient hybrid-electric flight.

Safety & Certification Path

Passenger flight demands a rigorous safety and certification journey. Iris will incorporate cabin systems, redundancy, and human-factors design while retaining the operational DNA proven on Horus in cargo service.
